About Snowbird Quilts
Snowbird Quilts was created by a passionate quilter for other passionate quilters. In starting my own Gammill longarm computerized quilting business, my goal was to end the long wait time between finishing your quilt top and having a real quilt. No more waiting months!
I have two longarm Gammill machines with Statler stitcher computers, and one of my machines has a 14 foot table. My machines are in a dedicated clean, dry, odor-free studio space.
Upon receiving your quilt top, I will call or text you to discuss expectations, return dates, stitching pattern, thread, and batting choices. We will always be on the same page. My return times will surprise you, I promise!
About the Quilter
My name is Teresa Yonce, and I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. I have three adult children and live on a rural farm near Seneca Rocks. My family thinks I am a quilting-obsessed maniac - because I am!
Quilting is a passion I have had all my life. It began at the feet of my Mother, who quilted, then throughout junior high school, where every kid learned to sew in school. I got my first computerized longarm quilt in the late 1980s. It was then that I was hooked.
I sew full time everyday doing computerized longarm quilting for others and making a few quilts of my own. I love preserving the artwork created by quilters. Every single quilt matters to me.
